What’s your winter ritual?
Do you have a ritual you perform each year, as you prepare for winter? Perhaps you go for a flu jab, or get an early start on washing your winter woollies?
Here at St Mary’s Children’s Home in Jo'burg, temperatures can plummet.
That’s why we use a tried-and-tested ‘Keep Warm Kit’ to keep our children healthy through the cold winter months.
And with winter just around the corner, we’re hoping we can count on you to send an urgent donation to help us stock our Keep Warm Kit.
Your online gift, sent by clicking here, can cure the winter blues by keeping little bodies warmly dressed in thick socks and gloves, pyjamas and coats.
Your contribution will also put medicine in our cupboards: like Vitamin C, echinacea and cough mixture. Of course, we also need to give our
children a plentiful supply of nature’s medicine:
fresh fruit and veggies!
They go a long way to avoiding costly visits to the doctor.
So can I ask you to chase away the winter blues by sending your special gift here?
Your gift will be a real blessing – and will spread warmth in children’s hearts when they are reminded that they are cared for and loved.
So please click here right away and help St Mary’s children stay warm and healthy this winter.
Gifts in kind and willing volunteers are also hugely appreciated.
